Politics does mean civilization! so that POLITICS is a DIALOGUE, so is civilization! who? What? why? Where? When?...a lot of questions to be answered, Politics is a PROCESS finally!
I believe it's true but instead of he release his anger thru media this very person (our president!) should take actions to correct it. For an example one simple one; just setup a rule for prioritize investigations based on their damage to country (or based on on the number each incident talking about!).
